The day I took a trip with my mom to the San Diego Zoo. Since I had a long weekend, my mom decided for us to take a trip to the zoo. As I was in the car on our way to the zoo, I could hear the music playing on the car radio through my headphones. When we finally arrived at the zoo I could see the zookeepers feeding the elephants. I could hear the birds chirping and the lions roaring, I can hear the dirt pebbles underneath my shoes moving as I walked on the dirt paths around the zoo. It was a beautiful sunny day when we were there. There was definitely a lot of walking involved while being at the zoo. You would have to go up stairs, go up the mini hills to go see the bears. There were so many animals to see in every direction we walked to. Before leaving, we stopped at the suvenior shop to see if they had anything that we would like. I got a sweater and some stickers. When we were driving back I was glad we went but also tired because of all the walking.

Being alone on an island isn’t as fun as you think it would be. As I was on my plane for vacation the plane starts to shake and go through turbulence. I can feel myself lifting off my seat, I attempt to grab the arm rests of my seat. As I attempted to say anything my vision goes blank, I start to wake up, I can feel the sand on my back. I sit up and I look around my surroundings. Theres tall trees, rocks, and the sun is beaming through the trees, and the large ocean sat in front of my view. There were little creatures throughout the sand, I can hear the birds chirping in the trees. While the days were passing by, I got used to living on this abandoned island. My routine of my days spent there, I would wake up around mid afternoon and I start my hunt for any coconuts hanging from the trees or berries in the bushes. After, I would get supplies for that day before night time hits. My supplies included, branches, large leafs, and materials lying around that I could make any new shelter for survival. Luckily I still had some food from the plane, like water, crackers, peanuts, and some sweets that they would serve out to the passengers. I made my bed out of broken branches and large leafs as blankets. All I could do is watch the stars in the sky while listening to the ocean waves. Im very thankful for the supplies I could save up for the mean while until I was rescued.

“Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, when one only remembers to turn on the light.” Dumbledore is trying to say to people that’s even when your going through a dark path or not feeling at your best, there will always be a light to guide you through the dark. Or even when ur just upset for the smallest things through out you’re day, you always must remember there’s a light that will shine so bright just to help out. There’s always a way out of a situation.
